Request: Move Description/Details section to appear before Reason and Effect section.

Current System: In the Inbox summary page and email notification sent out, for EOTs, the Reason and Effect sections will appear before Description/Details.

Reason for Request: The current layout conflicts with most users current workflow expectations.
