How to Compare Document Revisions with Markups in a Workflow

Users have the ability to compare revisions in workflow along with the comments from previous workflows.

Navigate to the menu bar icon and click Document Approval Workflow under Document Control.

Select the Workflow Category and Document that you wish to compare.

Click on the Ellipsis and select Compare.
Choose the Revision you wish to compare

If that revision went through a workflow, you will be able to select Review Markups on the right-hand corner

Select the comments you wish to display, you can also activate the comment screen and navigate to them.

Comparing revisions side-by-side gives your team complete visibility into how a document has evolved from one approval cycle to the next.
