Users Unable to Receive Login Email from Commnia
For new users starting with Commnia, you will receive an email with a link to create a password.
However, if you received an email but with no link, or reset password takes you to the login page. It is due to a firewall or spam filter on your company server that is blocking Commnia links, which is why it is not allowing you to receive these emails.
To resolve this issue, please contact your IT department and ask them to whitelist the below links, and you will be able to see the links in the email.
