Login Troubleshooting - Clearing Cache and Cookies (Advanced) | Web

If Commnia isn’t responding as expected or if regular tasks aren’t working properly, try clearing your browser cache and cookies.
Before doing so, we recommend logging out of Commnia and then logging back in to see if that resolves the issue.

Idea
Use this method if you encounter a continuous loading screen when logging in.

In your browser (once logged into Commnia) right click and empty space and select on Inspect

1. Log in to Commnia
2Right click on the screen where the is an empty space
3. Select 'Inspect'


4. Select 'Application'
5. Go to Local Storage|Session Storage|Cookies
5. Right click on each nested option and 'Clear' it

On the Browser bar right click on the refresh button and select 


Now log back into Commnia - if the problem persists please contact support
