Tendering & Procurement Group Security

Commnia's Tender Request Email settings give you the ability to ensure that the highest security settings will be implemented if you would like to keep your tender and procurements private.

The highest security group will ensure all "To" recipients cannot see each other and that the emails are not visible to colleagues (only accessible to the users on the email). 

Rules around For Quote Email in Control Panel:

1. For Quote is turned on

2. Default Private is turned on

3. Inbox Collaboration is turned off

Now all Tender Request emails will be considered private confidential, the most secure privacy email setting.

Keep Inbox Collaboration enabled if you want your colleagues to be able to access the tender request emails. 

Once these settings have been applied, you will need to add users to the Procurement Group, as the tender Manager will only be accessible to users who are part of the Procurement Group/System Admins.
