How to create a site sign-on with QR Code

To help you with contactless, fast and accurate electronic visitor record-keeping on your site, Commnia has introduced a QR Code generator - you can create a unique QR code for each building site or a unique QR code for multiple locations on the same site.

1. Accessing Sign-on

From the home page, select Sign-On.



Tap the + button to create a new QR Sign-on code.


2. Create QR Code (Location)

A Static QR code is a code that cannot be changed after you have created it, it's permanent. 
Dynamic QR Code is a flexible code, you will be prompted to add a refresh time in minutes for matrix barcode to update and add an expiry date. 
  1. Choose the QR Code Type from the dropdown (Static or Dynamic)
  2. Add your location - you can enter a custom description as detailed as required  i.e Building A, Clare St, Glebe
  3. Tap Create

3. Open the QR Code

Once you are have created the Code, you will be directed back to the list of all QR Codes created.
Tap on the ellipsis. 



You will be given the options to; edit, view, print and delete.



Tap View QR-Code to display your QR Code.
