From Home, select Site Manager.
Select the category that you wish to view.
For this example, we will select All Categories.

1. Create a new issue
Tap the + button and you will be presented with the New Defect page.
Defect category and Medium priority will be selected as default.
2. Viewing Issues
The Details screen will be displayed and there will be 3 tabs; Details, Chat and Links.
Details - All relevant details of the issue will be displayed in this tab.
Chat - A messenger style communication area, allowing both parties to communicate on the issue. This may contain clarification questions or progress updates.
Links - It will give you a visual display of tasks for this issue and their status.
3. Searching for Issue
Use any keyword to search for an issue in the search bar.
4. Site Manager Filter
Tap on the Filter icon and the filter page below will appear.
To search for a particular issue fill out the filter options.
For example, we want to search for an issue that is Completed and located in Emerald, 406.
Select the Complete status checkbox and enter the locations.
Tap Apply.
The filtered results will be displayed.
