Manage Defects and Issues using Site Manager from any device | Mobile

Manage your project's site issues with Commnia's Site Manager.

1. Accessing Your Site Manager

Login to your Commnia account and select your desired project.    

From the main menu, select Site Manager.

You will be taken to the Site Diary screen.

2. Site Manager Overview

A list of all existing Site Issues will be listed by date.

  1. You can filter by Issue Type from the dropdown menu.
  2. Search by any keyword to find what you are looking for instantly.
  3. Advanced Search
  4. For Reports tap on the Graph Icon, to see how to generate a report and send it to trades via email tap here.

3. Filter Options

By Issue Type

When you tap the Issue Type dropdown button, the following list will pop up.

Tap on the checkbox next to the issue type and it will take you back to the list with the filter applied based on selection.

Advanced Search

  1. Filter by a list of Issues received, sent, and closed.
  2. Select Issue Type from the pop-up list.
  3. Status of the Issue, assigned, accepted, rejected, re-assigned, etc.
  4. Filter by the User or Company who raised the issue.
  5. Filter by Name of the Responsible User or Company,
  6. Date Range of when the issue was created.
  7. Enter the Due Date.
  8. Enter the location and sub-locations by typing or selecting from the drop-down list. If the location doesn’t exist, you can add from this drop-down list.

Tap on one of the issues to view the details.

4. Chat | Work Log on Items

Each issue contains a Chat messenger style communication area, allowing the issue creator and owner to communicate on the issue. This may contain clarification questions or progress updates.  

  1. Enter your comment to reply to the contact
  2. Tap on Send Icon to update to save Comment
  3. Tap on Close X to return to the list of issues.

5. Related Items

Related Items give you a visual display a path of an issue, who it been assigned to, reassigned if it's been accepted, rejected, completed, etc.

You can tap on any of the icons and it will take you into the Defect Details page.

An Issue can also be Reassigned from this panel by tapping on the orange + icon.
