Approve or Reject a Smart Form Submission

 If you are the person who is nominated to authorise a Smart Form submission, you will receive an email notification with a link to review the submission.



1. Click Review Submission. This will take you to the Forms Submission for the designated project.

2. Review the answers provided in the Smart Form submission.

If a Smart Form is split into sections, you can review the sections one by one by clicking the dropdown arrow or checking the summary besides the section name. A green tick means the section has been completed. 



3. Once you have reviewed all the answers, click Edit and you will have the options to Approve or Reject.

Approving a form will send a verification code to your mobile phone number under your Commnia account. Input the code to proceed.



If you do not have a phone number registered you will be prompted to add it to your Commnia profile card.

Rejecting the form will prompt you to input a reason. This reason will be sent in a notification to the recipient, asking them to fill in the Smart Form again.

4. Once you have completed the authorisation process, Commnia will now mark the form as completed and authorised.
