Recreate and Print Option

Recreate and Print option allows users who are experiencing issues with printing an email or margins that are showing incorrectly.

To print a single response from a correspondence 

Navigate to the right hand side of the screen
1. Click the 3 ellipsis "..." 
2. Select Print Document



3. A pop up will appear, select Recreate Email Body
Users have the ability to choose whether or not to include recipients in the PDF. 
4. Click Print

A generated PDF will open in a new tab.

Printing all responses in the correspondence

Navigate to the top right above the email 
1. Click the print icon
2. Select Recreate and Print Responses

A generated PDF will open in a new tab.
