Photos Overview

Commnia photos and videos allow users to store and keep record of images for each project. 


Accessing Photos

From Home, navigate to Photos and Videos.

The search feature is based on the photos description.
Type in the photo description and tap Search.

2. Date Filter

The default view for Photos will categorise your photos based on the uploaded date.
The order of displaying photos is customisable from the filter menu.
Users can manually select a range of dates, and tap Apply. 



3. Group By Filter

Users can either filter by group based on the Month, Week or Day.



4. Albums

A list of created albums will be displayed here. 



5. Change View Mode

Users are able to switch between 3 views including:
5.1. All Photos and Videos - This is the default view to display all photos 
5.2. Saved Photos and Videos - Selecting this will showcase all photos that have been saved for offline access
5.3. Deleted Photos and Videos - This view presents all the deleted items

Access the options menu

After selecting the relevant images - navigate to the top-right of the screen and tap the ellipsis "..." icon to reveal the available options. 

  

Accessing the options screen allows users to either:

Share - Send the selected image(s) to another social platform
Export - Download the selected image(s) onto your local device
Make available offline - Download the images to view them without internet access
Create as album - Create a new album with the selected image(s)
Add to album - Add the selected image(s) to an existing album
Edit description - Add / edit the descriptions for the images 
Delete - Delete the selected images
