Outlook Plug-in Troubleshooting
If the Outlook plugin is unresponsive or stuck loading, follow these steps to resolve it:
This solution works exclusively on Outlook Web but will fix the issue on the desktop as well.
1. Log in to Outlook Web
2. Right click on the screen where the Outlook Plug-in loaded
3. Select 'Inspect'
3. Select 'Application'
4. Go to Cookies menu on the left, expand it and clear all contents.
5. Right click and 'Clear' it
6. Once completed, the desktop version will also function properly.
Please note you can also do this for local storage and session storage
Now restart outlook and when you select the Commnia Plug-in it will ask you to log back in
