Outlook Plug-in Troubleshooting

If the Outlook plugin becomes unresponsive or keeps loading endlessly, follow these steps to log back in.

1. Right click on the screen where the Outlook Plug-in loaded
2. Select 'Inspect'



3. Select 'Application'
4. Go to Cookies menu on the left and look for the one containing 'commniaoutlookaddin'
5. Right click and 'Clear' it



Now restart outlook and when you select the Commnia Plug-in it will ask you to log back in
