How to set up your signature in Commnia
There are two ways to access your signature for editing.
1. Access your signature from your user profile
Navigate to My Profile
From the Commnia Login
page, click on Ellipsis Button and select My Profile.
A new page will open with your profile card.
You can copy and paste your email signature from your email client, such as Outlook, to your Commnia email.
For best results, copy and paste images separately to any text, then click Save.
2. Access your signature from your Commnia Email
From the main menu, select Inbox.
To create a new email, click on the New icon.
From any Commnia email, go to the signature section and click the edit button.
Create your signature the manual way
- Enter your signature details
- Drag your logo from any folder on your PC or Mac
Copy your signature from MS Outlook
- Open a new MS Outlook email
- Copy your signature details and paste them into your Commnia signature form (do not include any images)
- Copy your images one by one and paste them into your Commnia Signature.
- Click on Save and Apply to save your signature for future emails.
