Quick answer: You can create a Commnia email signature manually, copy it from MS Outlook, or use Advanced mode for complex signatures. Access it from your profile settings.

Click your initials in the top right corner of the screen, then select your name under My Account.
If you already have a signature set up in Outlook, you can bring it across to Commnia. The key is to copy images and text separately.
Tip: For complex signatures with multiple images, paste pictures one at a time for best results.
Once saved, a prompt will appear asking whether you'd like to apply the signature across all your accounts if you work with multiple companies.
Confirm to push the change to all accounts or dismiss to apply it to the current account only.
