How to Send Out Multiple Forms

Commnia allows you to send multiple SmartForms at once, making it easy to distribute forms to recipients, assign collaborators, apply locations, and set due dates in a single workflow. This streamlines form management and improves coordination across your project teams.


Navigate to menu bar icon and click Smart Forms under Quality + Safety.



Click Send Forms in Submissions.


1. Tick the checkbox next to each form you want to send
2. Add Recipients - each recipient gets their own copy of every selected form
3. Add Collaborators (optional) - where they can view and edit all forms
4. Set Location (optional) - where you can add the same location to all forms 
5. Set Due date (optional)
6. Add Message (optional) - type a Message to accompany the notification email sent to recipients
7. Click Send



A confirmation prompt will appear after forms have been sent successfully.
