How to Share and Grant Access to Smart Forms with your Team

You can share the forms you have created with your team members and grant them access to distribute via Commnia Inbox.

Share and Grant Access

Navigate to the menu bar icon and click Smart Forms under Quality + Safety.




Select Templates and you will see a list of forms you currently have access to.



Click on the form you would like to share and then click Share.



A new window will open;



1. Enter the name or email address of the user 

2. Select Permission for the user: 
  1.       View: Any member you give this permission to can view but cannot add, edit, or delete the form
  1.       Editor: Any member you give this permission to can edit the form and make changes
  1.       Admin Access: Any member you give this permission to can add, edit, or delete files in that folder with permission control
3. Add Message (optional).

4. Notify the user via email that they now have access to the nominated form.

5. Click Grant Access to finalise for access.
