How to Send Drawings via Document Register
Attach drawings to a new email from the Document Register.
Access Document Register
From Home, select Document Register.
Selecting Drawings
From the Document Register, you can either select All Disciplines or a specific discipline folder.
Once we have selected a discipline folder, choose your desired drawings by selecting the checkboxes.
Once you have selected your drawings, tap on the ellipsis icon (...) on the far right.
Select Send with Correspondence.
An email template will appear with the selected drawing(s) attached, simply fill in the required fields and tap Send.
