How to Save Defects for Offline Access
Users can access offline defects anywhere by downloading the defects.
From Home, select Site Manager.
Select the category that you wish to download for offline access.
For this example, we will select ITP.
Tap on the download icon inline with the defect you wish to download.
A confirmation notification will appear to confirm the defect has been downloaded.
The green tick suggests that the defect has been successfully downloaded.
Users can now view their defects offline.
