How to Revert Accepted Drawings back into Pending Status
Before proceeding with this article - the following steps below are only available for System Admins / Document Controllers
If a user has unintentionally accepted a drawing, only the administrators and document controllers will be able to revert the drawing back to pending status.
1. Click on Register Status and select Accepted/ Accepted with Comments to view your drawings.
2. Select the drawing(s) that need to be reverted, navigate to Options and select Revert to Pending.
3. A confirmation prompt will appear and click Confirm for the changes.
4. The reverted drawings will appear back into Pending / In Workflow if drawing was added to a workflow.
