How to Reinstate Drawings that have been Rejected | Web
Before proceeding with this article - the following steps below are only available for System Admins / Document Controllers
If a user has unintentionally rejected a drawing, only the administrators and document controllers will be able to reinstate the drawing back to pending status.
1. Click on Register Status and select Rejected / Rejected with Comments to view your drawings.
2. Select the drawing(s) that need to be retrieved, navigate to Options and select Revert to Pending.
3. A confirmation prompt will appear and click Confirm for the changes.
3a. Once successfully confirmed, click Ok to view the drawing.
4. The reinstated drawings will appear back into pending status.
