How to Re-Open Multiple Defects

Only internal users have the ability to re-open multiple defects or issues. 

Navigate to the menu bar icon and click Site Manager under Quality + Safety.



Filter the status to Closed



Select the defects you would like to re-open by clicking on the checkbox.



Click on Update Status and select Re-Open Closed from the dropdown.



A confirmation message will appear that the status has been updated.
The status will be changed to Re-assigned.
