How to Mark Up and Send a Drawing via Document Register | Mobile
Users can mark up a drawing(s) and attach it to an email from the Document Register
Access Document Register
From Home, select Document Register.
Select Drawing or Document
You can select a drawing or a document to mark up by tapping anywhere on the document, this will open the document for viewing.
Marking Up the Drawing
1. Use the dropdown to select different annotation tools
2. Once you have completed marking up the drawing, tap Done
After selecting Done, a pop up will appear and there are 3 options for you to select from; Send with Commnia Inbox, Save, or Discard.
- Send with Commnia Inbox: to email the marked up drawing to another user
- Save Local Markups: save the mark up to continue working on it again later
- Discard: discard the mark ups
If you select Send with Commnia Inbox, an email template will appear with the mark up attached and simply fill in the required fields and tap Send.
