From Home, select Inbox.
Tap the + button to create a new email.
The email template will appear.
Select Attachments and tap Markup Documents.
Documents from the register will open.
Tap the pen icon inline with the file name to start marking up a document.
A new window will open with annotation tools activated.
1. Use the dropdown to select different annotation tools
2. Once you have finished annotating the drawing, tap Done
You are able to rename the attachment or keep the original file name.
(Please Note: this will only be applicable on the file as the email attachment, the original file name cannot be changed)
Once you are ready tap Attach.
A copy of the marked up document will be attached as a PDF file, as well inserted into the email description box.
Simply fill in the required fields and click Send.
