How to Insert Description Template
Please note custom templates can only be created on the desktop version by an administrator.
From Home, select Inbox.
Tap the + button to create a new email.
Select your email category according to the topic you wish to assign to your email.
In this example, we will use Back Charge Confirmation.
Under Email Description, tap Insert Template.
The description templates will be displayed based on the category that you have selected.
You can also filter description templates within other inbox categories by clicking on the dropdown menu.
For this example we will keep Back Charge Confirmation.
Tap on the radio button to select the template.
The template will be added to the description.
