How to Add Attachments to an Email

From Home, select Inbox.

Tap the + button to create a new email.

Tap Attachments.

A list of items that you can attach to the email will be displayed.



1. Camera 

Take a photo.
You'll be given 2 options, either to Retake or Use Photo.
Tap Use Photo and it will be attached to the email. 

2. Photos

Upload photos from your camera roll.
By tapping on a photo from your camera roll, it will be automatically attached to the email. 

3. Device

Any documents from your device folder can be attached.
You are able to select multiple documents at once, once you have made a selection of document(s), tap Open.
The documents will now be attached to the email.

4. Form library

A list of forms that you have created on desktop will be displayed.

You can preview the form by tapping the eye icon.
Tap on the form name to attach to email.

5. Document Register

These are drawings and files that have been uploaded to the Document Register.

Select the drawing/files by ticking the check-boxes, tap Attach

6. Markup Documents

When you tap mark up documents, the document register will open. You will notice the files will have a pen icon inline with the file name.
Select the pen icon to mark up a document.

A new window will open with annotation tools activated.
Once you have finished annotating, tap Done.



You are able to rename the attachment or keep the original file name (Please Note: this will only be applicable on the file as the email attachment, the original file name cannot be changed).
Once you are ready tap Attach
A copy of the marked up document will be attached as a PDF file, as well inserted into the email description box. 

  

7. Commnia Drive

Select the folder you wish to view and tick the check-boxes.
Once you have selected your files tap Attach
