How to Generate Tender Reports by Status
Commnia's Tender Manager allows you to view a summary of where your sub-contractors are up to with tenders you have sent.
The dashboard will show if subcontractors have viewed, accepted or declined the Tender, you can choose to run this list as a report with all trades included.
1. Navigate to Tender Manager
Navigate to the menu bar icon and click Tender Manager under Tendering.
2. Filter by Tender Status
From the dropdown menu select tender status filters i.e successful, sent, etc. You can add as many filters as you like.
Please note: Sent Status is a filter that picks the subcontractors that the tender has been sent to but there has been no response to the tender request to date,
You can also filter by Document Category, Trades and Bidders.
3. Generate Report
Once you have applied these filters, you can choose to run this list as a report by clicking on the Export button. There are two formats available; PDF and Excel.
- Status Report - a new webpage tab will open as a PDF document for preview
- Status Report (Excel) - your browser will download the file. Click on the file in the top right corner of your screen to open the excel file
- You are able to print the report or you can save it to your preferred storage location and share it accordingly.
