How to generate a Commnia API key

To generate an API for integration with Commnia, please follow the below steps:


1. Log in to the required Commnia server

You must log in as the system administrator and have access to all projects to generate a Commnia API key.

 2. Navigate to the Control Panel


3. Navigate to the API menu


4. Click “Generate New API Key”


5. Input a title for your API key


6. Copy your key.

Please ensure you copy your API key and store it securely. Once you close this dialogue box, you will not be able to retrieve your API key.
Each company will only be able to have three active Commnia API keys at a time. Each key is valid for one year. It is the user’s responsibility to refresh the API key before it expires.
