How to Enable Site Manager Notifications from Site Manager

In construction, staying informed about what’s happening on-site is essential to ensuring projects run smoothly, meet quality standards, and stay on schedule. A regular Site Manager Activity Report, including updates on Defects, Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and other key site issues, can offer builders valuable insights.
With Commnia you have the ability to automate the notifications process allowing for those involved to remain informed at all times.

Go to Site Manager


On the top right you will have 3 options:



Activity Report

You can specify how often the Site Manager Activity Report is sent out to all users assigned or referenced in Site Manager items.
If you disable this option, you will need to manually email a summary report of all defects by the company to ensure that they are addressed. 

1. Toggle the button inline with Activity report and set the notification frequency by number of days.
2. Click Save once finalised. 



Status Notifications

You have the option to enable the Site Manager email notification to notify assignees when the issue status has been updated or any changes that has been made to it.

Toggle the button to enable or disable the status notification and click Save.


Site Manager Settings

Click the cog icon and both notification settings will appear for you to update all at once.
Once finalised click on Save
