How to Edit Questions in Commnia Smart Form
Any changes to existing forms will automatically update for all relevant users and projects - This does not apply to forms that have been sent.
1. Navigate to the menu bar icon and click Smart Forms under Quality + Safety.
2. Click Templates and you will see a list of forms you currently have access.
3. Click on the form you would like to edit and click on edit to open the template
4. Click on the pen icon inline with the question
5. Once you have made modifications, click on the tick to confirm changes to that question.
6. When you completed all changes to the smart form click Save Template.
7. Click Back To Templates to go back to your library of smart form templates.
