How to Save Drawings and Documents for Offline Access
Users can access offline drawings anywhere by downloading the drawings.
Access Document Register
From Home, select Document Register.
From the Document Register, select the folder where the document is located.
In our example we will use All disciplines folder.
Downloading Drawings
Tap on the download icon inline with the document you wish to download.
A confirmation notification will appear to confirm the document has been downloaded.
The green tick suggests that the drawings have been successfully downloaded.
Users can now view their drawings offline.
