How to Deactivate User Account | Tablet

Navigate to the menu bar icon and select Contacts.



Search for User

Search for the user you wish to de-activate in the search field.
Additional filters can be accessed via the side menu by selecting the filter toggle.


Additional filters and Presets

Organised into 2 sections
Saved Presets: Toggle this menu to see all your pre-defined filters
Manual Filters: Allows you to set different filters to pinpoint your search

The filter drawer provides:
1. Search by company - you will be able to select multiple companies 
2. Filter by either internal users (Colleagues who belong to your company) or external users (External Stakeholders who are outside your company)
3. Search by company category - you will be able to select multiple company categories
4. Search by trades - you will be able to select multiple trades
5. Filter different user security groups 
6. Toggle to display only active users 


7. Create a filter preset for future reference.
Alert
A name for the filter preset is required before saving


Once a filter preset has been created successfully. It will appear below the Saved Presents section.
Selecting a preset will automatically fill the manual filters.
Select apply to search the contact register.



De-Activate Account

Once you have found the user.
1. Click on the ellipsis on the far right
2. Select De-activate account.



Click De-activate to confirm the prompt.
