Document Register - Instant Access to Documents for External Parties

In Commnia, you have the ability to provide full access to all of your documents in the register to an external user with a few simple clicks.  This access level can streamline your processes eliminating the need for countless transmittals.



Navigate to the menu bar icon and click Contacts under Communication.



Under the Project Users Tab you can 'Search' for the user. Please note that if the user is not part of your project you can either add them or find them in the Directory.



Once you have found the user.
Click on the ellipsis on the far right and select View/Edit.



Check the box next to ‘Access to the entire Document Register’ Click on ‘Save’.



Now the user has instant access to view all Documents in your Register without having to wait for a transmittal.
