How to Deactivate User Account



Navigate to the menu bar icon and click Contacts under Communication.



Search for the user you wish to de-activate in the search filters.



Once you have found the user.
Click on the ellipsis on the far right and select De-activate account.



Click De-activate to confirm the prompt.
