How to Deactivate Contacts from your Company

My Company function allows you to view, edit and deactivate contacts from your Company.

1. Navigate to My Company

Navigate to the top right of your screen, click on your Profile Icon and from the dropdown menu select My Company.




2. View and De-activate Company Contacts

  1. Your current Company Contacts are displayed in the Users tab.
  2. You can search by Name, Email or Position in the search bar.
  3. Next to the contact Name click on the Options icon to display actions.
  4. You can remove contacts from your company by clicking the De-activate Account option.


Once you click De-activate you will be prompted to confirm.  Click Yes.

3. List of Inactive Users

If you need to access deactivated company contacts, in the Users tab where users are listed, click the Inactive option and it will display all users who have been deactivated.

To activate a user once again, next to the contact Name click on the Options icon and Activate the Account.
