How to Create Your Own Signature When Marking Up In Workflows
Commnia’s Document Approval Workflow allows reviewers and approvers to apply signatures directly during the markup process. This ensures approvals are clearly recorded, auditable, and embedded within the document itself.
Navigate to Document Approval Workflow under Document Control.
1. Select a workflow on the left hand side
2. Click pen icon to markup
3. Click Insert
4. Select the signature icon
5. Click New Signature
6. You have the option to Draw, Type or Upload a signature
In this example we have uploaded a signature.
7. Click Create
Your signature will be added and you can click anywhere on the drawing to stamp your signature.
