Creating a workflow template is an essential step in determining the structure of your automated workflow process, ensuring that all necessary steps and stages are clearly defined for effective document management and review.

Steps
Navigate to the menu bar icon and click Document Approval Workflow under Document Control.
You will be redirected to the Workflows Register page.
1. Click on Workflows Template tab
2. Click New Workflow
From here, you can enter your Workflow Template details and create your automated Workflow Action.
1. Enter your Workflow Name
2. Select your Workflow Category
3. Enter a Description (optional)
4. Enter your first action details which will always default to create - the workflow owner should be the head contractor approving the document workflow
5. Assign to a default location - this can be changed anytime when executing the workflow
6. Due date - the length of time the reviewers have until the documents are due
7. Click Add Action to add additional reviewers - the action type will default to forward
8. Click Save to finalise
Adding Collaborators and Sub Locations are optional.
