How to Complete and Submit Smart Form with Multiple Collaborators

When you have been invited as a collaborator to a smart form for completion, you will receive an email and there will be a link in the body that is a connection to the forms page in Commnia.

Click on the link 'View form' to be taken to fill in the form in Commnia.

Click on the drop-down arrow to complete each section of the form.

Once you have filled in your assigned section as required, navigate to the bottom of the screen and click on the dropdown arrow next to Save Changes, and select Save & Notify All.

To notify all collaborators, enter a description/message indicating you have completed your required section, then click Save and Send.

If the form requires approval the person nominated will approve or reject it accordingly before submitting it into the Commnia system as a completed form.
