How to Close Out Multiple Defects
Only internal users have the ability to close out multiple defects or issues.
Navigate to the menu bar icon and click Site Manager under Quality + Safety.
Select the defects you would like to close by clicking on the checkbox.
Click on Update Status and select Update Status to Closed from the dropdown.
A confirmation message will appear that the status has been updated.
