How to Attach Forms to a Location
From Home, select QR Locations.
The Locations list will be displayed.
Select a location that you wish to attach a form to.
Once you have selected a location, tap the + button.
From the list, select Forms.
You will be given 2 options; Create new submission or Add existing submission.
Select Create new submission.
The Forms list will appear.
You can search or select the form you wish you fill in.
Once you have filled in the form you will have the option to;
Save - save the current progress so you can complete the form later
Mark as complete - you have completed filling in the form and would like to submit it
Once you have selected Save or Mark as complete.
A success prompt will appear, tap Close.
To view the completed form, select Checklists.
The Form folder name is based on the form category.
