How to Assign Multiple Defects to a New Recipient

How to Assign or CC Multiple Defects to a New Recipient

Alert
Only System Administrators have the ability to update the recipient for multiple defects or issues. 

Navigate to the menu bar icon and click Site Manager under Quality + Safety.



Select the checkboxes inline with the defects and click Update Recipients.
You can either Update Recipients or Add CC Recipients


The contacts page will appear.
Enter the new recipients name and select the checkbox.
Click Update once user is selected.



A confirmation message will appear that the recipient has been updated.
Info
The Assigned To will be updated to new recipient.
