How to Add Non Conformance to ITP
To add a nonconformance to an ITP follow these steps.
1. Access Inspections and Checklists
Navigate to the menu bar icon and click Site Manager under Quality + Safety.
2. Select the ITP that you want to add Non-Conformance
Use the Search bar to filter the category to ITP.
Open the ITP from the list by simply clicking anywhere on the information bar.
3. Add Non-Conformance and Assign to Responsible User
1. Navigate to Related Items tab and click on New related item
2. Select Non-Conformance from the category drop-down list
3. Type the Name of the Responsible User or Company, and then select from the list of options to assign the issue to this user/company
4. Click Save and Send
5. Related Items give you a visual display of workflow/ tasks and their status
4. Back to List of ITP's
The conformance will be displayed with an identification number that is linked to the ITP, i.e 60.1
