How to Add New Bidder to all Existing Tender Packages in a Trade

Users can add new bidders to all existing tender packages in a trade that have been previously sent out to quote. 

Navigate to the menu bar icon and click Tender Manager under Tendering.



Click on the ellipsis next to selected Trade and select Add New Bidder. 


All sent emails will be selected, click on Add New Bidder to selected Email/Package.



The contact page will appear, you can select the bidders you would like to send to and click Add to "TO".



A confirmation prompt will appear, click Confirm to add the bidders.
