Users are able to link any related items to existing defects.
From Home, select Site Manager.
Select by tapping a defect that you wish to add a new link to.
Once a defect has been selected, navigate to Links on the top right.
Tap Forward.
You are able to edit/update any details of the defect.
You must select a user in the Assigned to field.
Tap the radio button inline with the name and tap Add.
Once the details have been updated, tap Save.
You are given 2 option; save and save + send.
Save + send will notify the assigned user by email.
Tap Confirm to save the new link.
A prompt will appear to let you know the defect has been saved successfully.
You can tap the close button to view the defect, or select the options below.
The new link will now be displayed under the existing defect.
