How do I send out tender documents to only those trades intending to quote?

To send out documents to only those trades intending to quote and exclude recipients/trades marked as not intended to quote, follow the instructions below;

1. Select the Category /Folder
2. Click To to select your recipients
3. Select your project from the Job dropdown list 
4. Select Subbies still on Tender from Tender Filter
5. From the bidder's list, selects the recipients.
6. Once you have made your selection, click Add recipients






Navigate to the Register to attach documents. 



Click Attach once you have finished selecting your documents.



The documents will be attached to your email. 
Once you have entered all information for your email, you can click Send.
