How do I send an email to subcontractors based on their Tender Status
How do I send an email:
- to those subcontractors who have viewed but not indicated if they are pricing or not?
- To any subcontractors who have not even viewed the documents
- To those subcontractors who have indicated they will quote but haven’t sent a quote yet
This can be easily achieved in Commnia's Inbox.
- Create a new correspondence, this can be anything you like
- Mark the email as private to ensure the subcontractors don't see each other
- Click the "To" button to select your recipients
- Select your project
- Filter the bidders by Trade status
- Select the relevant recipients from the results and add them to the email
- Complete the email and submit
