Can't access Commnia?

Try this quick fix first. Takes 2 minutes.

🛡️

Check Your Privacy Settings (Try This First)

Many users can't access Commnia because their browser's privacy protection is set to "Strict". If you have privacy/tracking protection enabled, lowering it to "Balanced" often fixes the problem instantly.

Check Your Privacy Settings (Chrome or Edge)

The process is the same for both browsers. Click the three dots in the top-right corner, then find the privacy settings.

🌐 Google Chrome

Settings → Privacy and securityTracking protection

🔷 Microsoft Edge

Settings → Privacy, search, and servicesTracking prevention

Step 1: Click the three dots commnia.com Click menu appears Step 2: Select Settings New tab New window New incognito window ⚙️ Settings Click Step 3: Find "Tracking protection" Navigate to Privacy and security section You and Google Autofill Privacy and security Advanced Privacy and security Your data & privacy Cookies and site data 🎯 Tracking protection Choose your tracking protection level Next: Click on this setting and change from Strict → Balanced

⚠️ This is the critical step

❌ Strict (BLOCKS Commnia)

⭕ Strict

Blocks all trackers (won't work)

Result: Commnia won't load

✅ Balanced (ALLOWS Commnia)

⭕ Balanced

Blocks harmful trackers only (recommended)

Result: Commnia loads perfectly

What to do: Click on the Balanced option to select it. You'll see a radio button fill in next to it. This is the only change you need to make.

After selecting Balanced, your privacy is still protected - you'll just be able to use Commnia.

Reload This Page

After changing your privacy setting, press F5 (Windows) or ⌘+R (Mac) to reload. Commnia should now load normally.

If the page loads, the problem was your privacy setting!

Quick Fix (Try This Next)

Look in your browser's top-right corner

Find an icon that looks like a shield, stop sign, or badge. It might say "AdBlock" or have a number on it. If you don't see it, click the puzzle piece icon to view hidden extensions.

Look for the extensions icon (puzzle piece) in Chrome's toolbar

Click that icon and pause the blocker

A menu will pop up. Look for something that says "Pause", "Turn off", "Allow", or "Whitelist". Click it to disable blocking on this site.

Select "Pause on this site" or "Don't run on this page"

Reload this page

Press F5 on your keyboard (Windows) or ⌘+R (Mac) or click the refresh button (circular arrow) in your browser. If it works, you're done!

If the page loads, you're all set!
