How to Export the Project Contact List in Commnia

Export Project Contact List and Groups to Excel or PDF | Tablet


Keeping an up-to-date record of all project users is essential for effective communication and coordination. Commnia makes it easy to export your Project Contact List, allowing you to download all user details in an Excel file for quick reference or reporting.

Access Contact List

Login to your Commnia account and select your project.

Select Contacts from the Home Screen




Under the Project Groups tab you will see the list of User Groups.



Select Export

Click on the Export button.
This will download an Excel file with all Project Users and Details.
