Downloading Workflow Documents with Mark Ups via the Document Register | Desktop

Once a document has completed the workflow review process, you can easily identify it within the Document Register. From there, you also have the option to download the document along with its corresponding mark-ups.


From the Main Menu Select Document Register.




Identifying Documents


Documents in the Register who have the Stamp Icon indicate that they've gone through a workflow review process.



Select and Download


Select one or Multiple Documents and Click on Download.

Stamped Version - Toggles Mark Ups Version or Original Version
File naming formats once downloaded:
Doc No - Revision - Description 
Doc No - Revision
Doc No - Description
Doc No [Revision] Description
As Original Upload

Open in PDF Viewer


The Document/s will show all the Markups with the corresponding information of each one
