Downloading Large Documents in Commnia
Commnia has an unlimited capacity to store files, drawings and documentation.
When sending out Tender Request, builders have the ability to send multiple documents and large documents.
We advise when document numbers reach into the thousands to download them in smaller quantities.
Downloading Documents
You will Receive a Tender Request Email like the example below:
A listing of documents will be displayed in the body of the email.
By selecting Download Documents button you will be taken to the download screen
Due to this tender having 491 we recommend downloading in smaller batches
On the bottom right on the screen you can select how many items to show per page, set this to 100
1. Select all the files currently displayed
2. Download Selected Documents will update with your selection
Click on the download button and your download will begin
Please note depending on the file size the download will take a few seconds before commencing.
Now go back to selecting documents, click on None to deselect the 100 you have already downloaded.
Go to the next page
And repeat the previous steps.
