The Commnia App differentiates from the traditional list view by first categorising your documents into disciplines before you proceed to compose emails or perform markups.
The document register view will embody 3 key features including:
1. The ability to search for your document numbers or description
2. Apply filters - We have positioned all of our filtering options into a compact, simple and user-friendly menu without removing or adding additional features.
3. Refresh button
Filters will remain active until changes are made
Once you select a discipline folder, Commnia will display all the documents associated with the specific discipline. The search bar, filter option and menu icon will remain present for convenient navigation.
The document view interface introduces distinct features associated with our native app. Selecting the "unticked" box will select ALL the documents in the discipline folder (Clicking this button again will deselect all documents).
You may navigate to the 3 vertical dots on the right-hand side of the screen to either:
1. Make PDF's available offline
2. Markup / comment
3. Send with correspondence
4. View revisions
5. Export

Selecting the "All Discipline" folder will showcase all files sorted by discipline and document number.
3. View documents offline
Make PDF's available offline - will download the selected documents onto your device (An orange pop up message will notify you that the documents have been downloaded). You can then access these documents at anytime without internet connectivity.
In addition to the orange popup message - downloaded documents will have a green "Tick" icon so you can identify which documents have been downloaded.
We have provided you the ability to easily remove downloaded documents, by selecting the 3 vertical dots - Select "Remove documents from device".
Again, you will see an orange pop up message to notify you that the documents have been removed.
4. Composing a new email
Send with correspondence - will relocate you to our inbox module, at which you can begin to compose a new email from the Commnia inbox.
Once you select - "Send with correspondence", the familiar inbox screen will display with all of our desktop features positioned neatly on your device.
As you choose to compose a new email - Any selected documents will also become attached to the email.
Simply fill in the required details and tap Send.
5. Changing Project / Module
Whenever you are required to change projects or access another module, simply navigate to the top right of your screen and select the menu icon.
After selecting the menu icon, the Commnia menu will appear from the left-hand side of your device.
From here you will be able to:
1. Change project
2. Select another module
