Delete a Smart Form

Delete a Smart Form

You are able to delete a form from the Forms template tab, so that users no longer have access to this form.

1. From Commnia main menu, click on Smart Forms and select Templates.

2. Click on the form you would like to remove and then click on Delete.

3. A confirmation prompt will appear, click Delete to confirm.
